About the Workshop Series
We are hosting immersive workshops to combat stress and sweep away winter blues.
Take away scientifically proven, practical tools for greater well-being, focus and connection - to ourselves and others.
Spoil yourself by finding your oasis of inner calm, whilst socialising with kindred community members!
Soul-soothing, interactive workshops, every Wednesday and Thursday nights 7pm-8.15pm, beginning on the 9th of May.
These are enjoyable, deep dive sessions, where you will be guided through various mindfulness exercises in pairs and individually. Suitable for those new to mindfulness who want to learn vital skills for de-stress, calm and wellness and for more experienced practitioners whom want to practise in a rich group environment.
Each workshop will host around 10 people and places are available on a first come first serve basis. A small number of participants helps to create an intimate environment, so that everyone can be attended to fully and so everyone can get a chance to know each other! For the exercises, we swap around!
What should I expect?
Buy a ticket online (we will be notified automatically).
Grab your spot by letting us know which date you'd like to attend and pay at the door in cash (no online fees). Contact us here.
On the Night:
Come with an open mind (and a friend!) for an interesting and fun night!
Bring a notebook and a pen.
If possible, eat before hand to be energised and happy on arrival!
Please arrive punctually for a prompt start.
